To the north of Leamington Spa and close to Stoneleigh Park, you will find Eleven St Andrews Bed and Breakfast, a small, homely and welcoming establishment. Our accommodation is quiet, informal and comfortable, providing excellent value for money. We have one double en-suite room and one twin room.

A delicious breakfast is prepared to your specification from fresh produce and any special dietary requirements will be graciously catered for. Breakfast is served at a time to suit you, in our dining room overlooking the garden. Guests are free to make use of our delightful garden and peaceful patio.

We are situated in a quiet residential area, 2 miles north of Leamington town centre and 3 miles from Stoneleigh Park Events Centre. There is a Pub serving food within walking distance and many more eateries in the town centre and local villages. We are centrally located in Warwickshire and within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry and other local attractions.

OUR ROOMS
Double room with en-suite bathroom
Our en-suite room, with comfortable king sized bed, is quietly situated on the ground floor overlooking our large rear garden and bird table. Light and airy, and with its own door to the garden, the bedroom has TV and drink making facilities. The en-suite bathroom has toilet, washbasin and shower with large towels, quality toiletries and hairdryer provided.

Twin room
A comfortable twin room with shared bathroom on our first floor can sometimes be made available for guest use. This has drink making facilities with large towels and quality toiletries provided.
