This newly acquired light and airy one bedroom first floor apartment is on a pedestrian street in the town centre and is perfectly placed to enjoy the attractions a short stroll away.

The front looks over the street. From the side window looking off to the left you can see the old, traditional, thatched inn and nearby to it is The American fountain within Rother street market area. Looking the other way, you will see that you are a stone’s throw from the half-timbered buildings of Henley Street where you can easily access The Shakespeare Centre and Birthplace, a two minute walk away. The theatre, river, restaurants and tea rooms, Shakespeare town properties, taxis, buses and railway station are all within a comfortable two to ten minute walk. It is well placed for enjoying all that the town and area has to offer and is ideal for those short sorties too.

Accommodation
The owners have redecorated and styled this apartment to provide a light and welcoming flat. It provides spacious facilities for two and could possibly accommodate up to four persons.

From the Street door, stairs rise to the apartment door which enters into the hallway. Off this to the right can be found the large bedroom with a king size bed, bedside tables with reading lights, wardrobe, drawers, study area and windows to the front and rear. In addition there is a small white sofa bed (double) which could make a family room or there is an option to place the sofa bed in the lounge for greater flexibility, if required. All bed linen and towels are provided.

To the left of the hall is the lounge which has two sofas, coffee table, dining area, shelves and storage unit which houses the LCD TV, DVD and ipod/cd/radio system and some books. There is a bay window to the front with an interesting outlook on to the street. There is a flow through from the lounge to the well equipped kitchen where the window looks over the rear of adjoining properties.

The bathroom is also light and well presented with a window, bath, with shower over and the usual facilities.

A car is not necessary; we do provide a Visitor parking permit for roads near-by but spaces are limited; there is also a public car park, close by in Windsor Street.
