A beautifully furnished first floor 1 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 persons and set in a secure and private area just outside Warwick town centre, with designated parking within the gated car park.

This apartment is located very close to a large Sainsbury's supermarket and is less than a 5 minute walk into Warwick Town Centre with its large range of bars and restaurants.

Great links to Leamington Spa and Stratford Upon Avon. Warwick Parkway train station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and there are plenty of bus routes from the town centre.

As you enter the apartment you have a lounge area with a large window giving excellent views of the surrounding area. Comfortable sofa bed gives great views of the flatscreen TV complete with SKY and a DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need including all plates and crockery.

There is one good sized bedroom with a double bed and another flatscreen TV for ultimate enjoyment. The property will sleep 2 people in the bedroom and the sofa bed give flexible accommodation for another 2 people meaning the apartment will accommodate 4 people in total.

The bathroom has a great shower which towers over the bath, along with a WC and sink area.
