Luxury Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast | 2 Bedrooms | Shuckburgh Estate
Surrounded by a landscape unchanged for centuries, Park Farm lies secluded a mile off the road on the Shuckburgh Estate, close to the Warwickshire/Northamptonshire border.

A warm welcome awaits your arrival at Park Farm. In the summer enjoy home-made cake and a cup of tea in our beautiful gardens or on colder days, sit and relax by an open log fire. Our aim is to provide a memorable and tranquil experience away from the stresses of modern life.

We offer complete privacy and relaxation offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a luxury farmhouse bed and breakfast experience in a unique environment.

Situated on the historic Shuckburgh Estate, close to the Warwickshire/Northamptonshire border, Park Farm is an organic working sheep and beef farm. Shuckburgh is one of the oldest privately owned estates in the country and is currently owned by the 14th baronet, Sir James Shuckburgh. The title was bestowed on the family by Charles I after the Battle of Edgehill in 1642 although the Shuckburgh family had lived on the estate for many previous generations.

The farm consists of 300 acres of traditional grassland and is home to a pedigree herd of Hereford cattle and 700 breeding ewes, together with a variable number of Gloucester Old Spot pigs, numerous hens and several ducks ! Approach via the drive which runs parallel to the Deer Park and along the way, look out for the diverse range of birds and wildlife which inhabit the estate. Park Farm is in the Countrywide Stewardship Scheme which promotes the conservation of the natural fauna and flora and as a result has an abundance of wildlife.

Perhaps, the best way to appreciate the unique area in which we live, is to take one of the many lovely walks from the farm. This could be around the estate, along the canal towpath or one of the many pub-walks, all within easy reach. Several excellent golf courses together with local fishing and riding stables are all within close proximity. Stabling can be arranged on the farm, if required.

After a comfortable night’s sleep, enjoy our generous award-winning Aga-cooked breakfasts using home-produced & locally sourced ingredients. You may like to try our home-reared Gloucester Old Spot sausages together with freshly laid eggs and homemade preserves. Finally stay for a minimum of two days and leave with a jar of Park Farm jam or chutney as a memento of your stay.

The Granary
In recently converting ‘The Granary’ at Park Farm we have created a stylish rural retreat offering a luxury bed and breakfast experience.

With its own access, The Granary offers complete privacy and relaxation together with outstanding views of unspoilt countryside. The spacious, en-suite accommodation boasts a king-size bed, comfortable double sofabed, generous hospitality tray with homemade biscuits, combi TV/DVD and WiFi access making it ideally suited to couples, with or without children, and business travellers alike.

The Garden Room
Overlooking the surrounding countryside and well-stocked gardens, this lovely light, south-facing room has recently been refurbished to a similarly high standard as The Granary, using only high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Decorated in soft shades of grey with a striking feature wall and yellow accents we have created a stylish and contemporary space in which to relax and unwind.

Its own en-suite shower room provides an excellent thermostatically controlled power shower, washbasin and toilet along with super soft bathrobes, towels and luxury toiletries.

A king size bed can be split into two twin beds if needed, a flat screen combi TV/DVD, WiFi and generous hospitality tray with fresh milk, homemade biscuits and a large selection of coffees, teas and bottled water all contribute to providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Shepherds Hut
Whether you’re looking for a romantic weekend or family week away, our beautifully crafted Shepherds Huts at Park Farm offer a nostalgic reminder of bygone times together with a unique luxury glamping experience on a working beef and sheep farm.

Available for both short and long term stays, our Hut will sleep 2 adults comfortably or with the addition of small bunk beds, a family of 4. Sitting alongside is our smaller catering hut, fitted out with all the mod cons necessary for a longer term self catered stays.
