Welcome to Kenilworth Cottages, we have two period cottages tastefully refurbished and modernised available in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. Our cottages are available all the year round and are situated in an historic conservation area near to Kenilworth Castle, "Little Virginia" and the old Parish Church.
Jackdaw Cottage is situated on Castle Hill and holds a Four Star Rating awarded by Visit Britain. The locality is known as “Jackdaw Country”, hence the name given to the cottage.
Wren’s Nest Cottage also holds a Four Star Rating awarded by Visit Britain and is a cosy Grade 2 Listed cottage, situated in the old High Street Conservation area, next to St Nicholas Church and a short walk from the Castle.

A cosy Grade 2 Listed cottage, situated in an award winning conservation area around Kenilworth Castle. Jackdaw Cottage is ¼ of a mile distance from Wren’s Nest. It has been refurbished with modern amenities, but all the old features, including exposed oak beams, have been retained.
Accommodation is on 3 floors, providing for a maximum of 4 guests. A cot is available for a baby and a full-sized single aero bed for an extra child;The heating system is by gas-fired radiators.
Lounge with living flame gas fire, colour TV & DVD, Broadband Wi Fi throughout & radio/cassette/CD.
A new kitchen, with cream units was fitted in November 2016. This includes table and chairs, gas hob, electric oven and grill, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine , tumble drier and dishwasher.

Patio garden at rear, overlooking a large open space and the Castle, equipped with garden furniture. The front aspect looks toward "Little Virginia", an award winning conservation area.
Wren’s Nest Cottage also holds a Four Star Rating awarded by VisitBritain and is a cosy listed cottage, situated in the old High Street Conservation area, next to St Nicholas Church and a short walk from the Castle. Wren’s Nest is ¼ of a mile distance from Jackdaw Cottage. It has been refurbished, with all modern amenities, including double-glazing, pine doors and fittings, luxury bathroom, modern kitchen and central heating. The character features have been retained, including old oak beams. The cottage is comfortably and well furnished to provide accommodation for two guests. A cot is also available for a baby or toddler.

Many local attractions are easily accessible, including: Kenilworth Castle (a short stroll from either cottage); Abbey fields, large open space formerly used as common grazing land, now given over to parkland with swimming pools, tennis courts, bowls, children’s play area and lake (5 minutes walk); Stratford upon Avon, William Shakespeare's birth place (14 miles); Warwick Castle (5 miles); Coventry Cathedral (6 miles); Royal Leamington Spa (5 miles); Cotswold Country (I5 miles); Stoneleigh Park(3 miles); National Exhibition Centre (10 miles); National Convention Centre (20 miles); Warwick University & Arts Centre (3 miles).
Many stately homes and gardens are close by (including many National Trust properties).
The Priory Theatre and the Talisman Theatre are fine amateur companies situated in Kenilworth. Further afield is Stratford upon Avon Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Warwick University Arts Centre and the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry. There are also multiplex cinemas in Leamington Spa and Coventry.
