A large country house ideally suited for groups in a select private development, offered exclusively to your group for your selected date, full use of Jacuzzi hot tub. A stunning property with 7 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are decorated and co-ordinate to the highest level.

A lovely lounge, with large plasma TV and Sky; farmhouse dining room table for 16 with white table linen supplied free of charge; spacious well equipped breakfast kitchen; snooker room all add to the luxury of this delightful property.

Arden Hill Farm is in a countryside setting within magnificent private grounds and far reaching views yet only a 5 minute drive into Stratford-upon-Avon. Walking is an absolute delight with an abundance of wildlife, a natural environment with historic tracks and canal towpath within a close vicinity. Arden Hill Farm House is within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon & Warwick and the historic market town of Henley-in-Arden, nearby is Stratford-upon-Avon is famous for the Bard, William Shakespeare and the world renowned RSC. There are many local interesting and exciting attractions including the Shakespeare Houses and Gardens, Mary Arden's house is only 1 mile away with the world renowned Royal Shakespeare Company located just 3 miles away in Stratford-upon-Avon town centre.

Guided bus tours and boat trips on the river Avon are very popular, as are the specialist and antique shops.

For Shakespeare enthusiasts there are 5 historic properties to visit. Historic Warwick with its famous castle and the beautiful Cotswolds villages are only a short drive away.

The National Exhibition Centre, the National Indoor Arena and the National Agricultural Centre are all within easy reach. Available locally are golf, horse riding, fishing gliding, ballooning, cycle hire and spa facilities. In all a perfect luxury holiday house in the centre of England.

Popular sightseeing in Stratford includes guided open top bus tours around the town and boat trips on the river. Golf, horse riding and gliding are all activities available locally. There is a whole wealth of enjoyable scenery and fascinating places to visit.

A visit to the historic county town of Warwick should not be missed with its magnificent medieval castle. Kenilworth Castle only a few miles further. There are also many fine gardens and stately homes with National Trust properties including Coughton Court and Charlecote Park which are both within easy driving distance, plus Ragley Hall. There are a number of wonderful walks around the district and superb shopping facilities, including antiques, crafts and market places.
