“Trade show at NEC”
5 of 5 stars
Owner was extremely professional, guest house is perfectly located for NEC and airport, harvester is five mins walk away, room was clean and modern, bathroom was clean and spacious, kitchen was clean and there was food in the fridge and cupboards so you could just help yourself to food when ever. All in all excellent value for money. 100% recommend...

“Very clean!”
5 of 5 stars
Stopped for a night heading for the NEC (just a very short drive away). Very clean and glad we booked the room with ensuite. Good Harvester pub 5 minutes walk away for dinner. Breakfast was a bit unusual as do it yourself, but plenty of choice. The only thing that spoilt it was a guest parked over the drive and...

“Little gem”
5 of 5 stars
This really is a wonderful little place to stay. Everything is immaculate and beautifully clean and it feels like a real home away from home. At breakfast I was expecting a loaf or cereal but there was absolutely everything you could possibly wish for! I hope to have the excuse to stay again and will encourage others to do the...

5 of 5 stars

I have slept mostly in the en suite triple room called Janice upstairs at the front, but last year I was...

“Super stay and very convenient”
5 of 5 stars
We stopped here as we were visiting an event at the NEC. It's immaculately clean throughout and rooms were well proportioned for a B&B. It was full of lovely touches like guest lounge, well stocked tea trays and a pretty garden. Would thoroughly recommend.
