“Decent Business Hotel”

Stayed for one night as a stopover for working in Birmingham the following day. Very much a business/conference hotel, efficient check in and polite staff. My room was large but poorly lit, the lighting available was inadequate for the size of the room - room 172. The shower was powerful but no extractor fan in the bathroom led to a..

What a beautiful hotel we went last weekend for a presentation evening, I booked into Executive rooms and was really pleased with size layout etc, What a shame the bed weren't as comfortable as they looked, Very hard mattress, hard pillows, such a shame when LARGE hotel chains like PUMA spend more on looks than comfort of the clients!!!.

We enjoyed a fantastic SPE experience in Oct 2013. The package entitles a family to enjoy 3 out of 5 local attractions and overnight accommodation for just £109. We chose to do Twinlakes, (rides and farm animals), we also enjoyed Conkers - outdoor adventure playground and trails and were fascinated by the stories we heard at Battle of Bosworth Field....

We booked a 'sparkle' weekend (dinner, bed and breakfast), combining it with a trip to see a rugby match in Leicester. The hotel staff were very friendly, the 3-course evening meal with sparkling wine was excellent and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. Our only complaint was that the hotel was busy and we were kept awake by youths...
